Freya was the Norse goddess of love, beauty, fertility and war. She was depicted as a strikingly beautiful woman often accompanied by her feline-drawn chariot or her boar Hildisvíni. Her attributes included a necklace called Brísingamen, a cloak of falcon feathers, and a chariot pulled by cats. In Norse art and poetry, she was portrayed as both sensual and powerful, embodying passion and fierce independence.
