Our refund policy works for 14 days after you receive the item. After that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on any other product. Several items cannot be refunded:

1) Custom orders - any orders with personalization on it, custom design or shape. 

2) Used or damaged items if the damage is caused by using it. 

To return the item, you need to message us within 14 days after the delivery date. After that you need to send us the photo of the item you have (to make sure that it is in new condition). We will provide you with the address for shipping, PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM TO THE SAME ADDRESS that we shipped it from. 

When you ship the item and we receive it, we will provide with a full refund for the item (shipping price is not refundable). 

Damaged of defective items:

If you receive damaged item, you need to send us an email regarding your issue. Please also attach the photo of the item to prove that it is damaged. After this, we can offer you a replacement for the same new item.
