Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Yes! We create custom axes, shields, swords, statues, jewelry, clothing, and engravings. Send us your design or idea at Valhalla.World1@gmail.com
Are axes and other weapons functional?
Yes, axes and similar tools are fully functional.
Can swords be sharpened?
No, our swords cannot be sharpened.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Some items can be prepared as gifts. Please contact us to confirm availability.
Processing & Delivery
How long does processing and delivery take?
Most items are handmade, so processing varies:
- Axes: 10–14 days
- Shields: 7–20 days
- Archery: 7–14 days
- Jewelry: 7–14 days
- Clothes: 14–25 days
- Peak season (Nov–Dec): 2–4 weeks
Estimated shipping times:
- North America: 7–21 days (usually 10–14)
- Europe: 5–14 days (usually 7)
- South America, Asia, Africa: 14–28 days
- Australia: 10–25 days
Note: COVID-19 or other circumstances may cause delays up to 6–7 weeks.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, every order includes tracking once dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide.
Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?
Yes, you can cancel before dispatch by contacting us directly.
Product & CustomReturns & Refunds
What are the conditions for returns?
You may return or cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Personalized or hygiene-related items cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please use insured, trackable mail.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item. The same payment method will be used, with no extra fees.
Can I return a gift?
- If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit after return.
- If it was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.
